		<description>Thanks again Joel and Kenneth. This was a great article. It would be interesting to see an interview where the distinctions between what the different paths look like is addressed. I dunno maybe that has been done to death. But it is always interesting reading for me at least. Learning about these stages it is shocking to realize how traditional religious leaders are keeping their flock in the dark. Absolutely no honesty in advertising. For instance I have written this before but I remember talking to my teacher at the end of my last retreat as I was between A&amp;P and dissolution (with the painful first vipassana Jhana still burned in my mind) I asked, &quot;So am I gonna keep digging up all this stuff and have to go through day to day stuff with all these painful insights?&quot; he replied, &quot;No no that is just happening because your on retreat once you get home you maintenance practice will keep you level where you are, if you want to go deeper sit another retreat.&quot; Bullshit... I soon found myself passing through the Dark Night. Fortunately by then I had found out about the progress of insight and knew things were going according to plan... The Dharma waits for no man...</description>
