Frequently Asked Questions
How can I suggest a guest for the Buddhist Geeks podcast?
We’re always interested in hearing what guests you’d like to hear on the podcast. If you have a specific guest, or guests, to suggest, please go to the Contact Form and send us your suggestion. The more info your can provide about your suggested guest(s)—for example: why they would be good on Buddhist Geeks, their website, links to interesting articles or interviews, links to audio or video, etc.—the easier it will be for us to check them out and see if they’re a good fit. We obviously can’t promise that we will interview everyone suggested, but we do weigh these suggestions heavily when deciding who to interview.
How can I support Buddhist Geeks?
All of our users support Buddhist Geeks, just by being involved in the community. But if you’d like to contribute in a way that goes above and beyond that, you can Become a Buddhist Geeks Micropatron. Micropatrons allow us to continue creating the Buddhist Geeks podcast and run the overall digital magazine. We can offer all of this content freely, because of that financial support, as well as begin exciting new projects.
I’m a Micropatron, and would like to modify or cancel my current recurring donation.
If you’re currently a recurring Micropatron, meaning your credit card is charged each month for a particular amount, then you can modify or cancel that recurring donation, by going to the Contact Page. In the message box, please include how you’d like us to modify your account (ex. “I’d like to contribute $10 / month instead of $5 / month” or “I’d like to cancel my subscription.”). Also, please use the same name and e-mail address while filling out the contact form as you used when creating your micropatronage account, so that we can confirm your identity.
