Dylan St. Thomas resides in small town Indiana where he applies the Dharma to gardening and the upbringing of multiple cats. Dylan’s spiritual journey has led him to Buddhist abbeys, Pagan Picnics, and ISKCON temples. He is currently writing and illustrating a children’s book with his partner, with the proceeds being donated to local animal shelters.

In a perfect world, I would be writing this as a completely recovered person. In a perfect world, I would not fall into the thirteen percent of the adult American population suffering from anxiety. Yet, part of working with anxiety is learning that this is not a perfect world.
